To know me is to know my laugh. It’s a boisterous, unapologetic, from the gut, real laugh. My laugh is probably one of my most recognizable features. Laughing is one of my favorite things to do. If it were a sport, I would be on the hunt for the gold medal. I just love to laugh!
I don’t really know anyone who doesn’t love to laugh though. It always feels so amazing! A quick google search will turn up hundreds of reasons why laughter is so good for us. Just as the old saying goes, “laughter is the best medicine.”
It’s hard to deny that laughing always makes you feel better, even if it’s just momentarily. The best days I’ve ever had are the days I’ve spend laughing so hard my cheeks and abs hurt.
For me, laughter is just as important to a healthy life as eating real foods, daily movement, and quality sleep. It’s better than any drug or vitamin on the market. And it’s free!
Need A Laugh?
It’s easy to start laughing when we are with our friends and having a good time. But what about when you’re alone or maybe when something is bothering you? You want to laugh but just can’t seem to find it in you. The good news is that laughter is truly contagious. I have the hardest time holding back a laugh when I’m watching or listening to someone else have a really good laugh.
So for all of those times when you want to have a good laugh, I’m sharing my laughter here with you. Don’t be afraid to actually laugh out loud 😉
